I. FOR CUSTOMERS

GOT will receive the complaints and request for support of the customers related transactions at the website www.got.edu.vn. When the dispute arises, GOT values ​​the negotiation and mediation solution between the parties in order to maintain the trust of the participants in the quality of services of www.got.edu.vn and follow the steps as follows:

• Step 1: Customers have questions or complaints about GOT products by email: vn@vietnhancorp.com

• Step 2: GOT Customer Care department will receive customer complaints, depending on the nature and level of the complaint, the GOT Customer Care department will take specific measures to assist the customer to resolve the dispute. This department actively solves promptly and immediately responds to the customers the results of resolving complaints based on the policies announced by the Company.

• Step 3: In the case of the beyond the competence and authority of www.got.edu.vn, the management will require the client to take this case to the competent state agency to resolve the law.

II. FOR TRADERS / ORGANIZATIONS / INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING IN SALE OF PRODUCTS

www.got.edu.vn respects and strictly comply with the provisions of the law on the protection of customers' interests (consumers). Therefore, it is recommended that the content producers provide full, accurate, truthful and detailed information related to the training Courses. The GOT is responsible for receiving information on the biological issues, performing coordinating functions, and requesting the parties to cooperate to handle the problem.
