We have a refund procedure if the application is made (within 30 days of the student's payment of tuition and the duration of course completion is less than 50%) in the following cases:

• You do not agree to reschedule the session when the technical problem occurs, the teacher is not teaching ... etc
• You are not satisfied with the media courses after participation not exceed 50% of the time. Direct courses with teachers are not applied in this school.

Commitment to refund within 30 working days from the date of receipt of full information bank account of students. Specific procedures are as follows:

• Step 1: Receive your request. 01 business day.
• Step 2: Work out the refund request. 01 business day.
• Step 3: Evaluate the refund. 03 working days.
• Step 4: Return results to customers. There are two cases:
  • Case 1: Do not agree to refund the tuition fee because the condition is not met. Report the reason for customers understand.
  • Case 2: Agree to refund. Customers will receive tuition within 15 working days.
